摘  要:针对超级电容器在串联中存在的问题,分析了一种超级电容器电压均衡控制策略的模型,在此基础上提出了一种适用于轮胎吊(Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane简称RTG)节能系统的超级电容器电压均衡方法——主动型电压均衡法,它具有均衡速度快且效率高的特点。在详细分析了该方法的工作原理和完成电压均衡电路的设计后,对超级电容器串联模块进行了仿真分析,结果表明主动型电压均衡法能够有效的避免单体过压,提高了超级电容器的工作可靠性,在超级电容器RTG节能系统中具有较高的实用价值。In according to the question that the supercapacitor occur in series,due to the difference of each cell capacitance etc produce over-charging and over-discharging which bring in effective lifetime lower than cell supercapacitor remarkably, a model for supercapacitor voltage balancing strategy is analyzed,on this basis the authors propose a supercapacitor voltage balancing method for Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane(RTG) energy-saving system,namely active voltage balancing method,the balancing speed of the proposed method is fast and high efficiency.Firstly,the working principle and the voltage balancing circuit is analyzed and designed in detail.Finally,simulation analysis of the series connections of the supercapacitor module is performed.Results show that this mothed for balancing voltages can avoid over-voltage of each cell and possess practicable and high value for supercapacitor RTG energy-saving system.
