摘 要:稀土永磁同步电动机由于转子磁路结构不对称产生的凸极效应转矩和永磁体产生的发电机制动转矩,影响起动过程的性能,严重情况下致使无法牵入同步运行。本文基于稀土永磁同步电动机起动过程特性的理论分析,结合典型规格样机参数与性能的计算值和起动过程的电磁转矩的实测曲线,阐述d、q轴电抗对起动过程性能的影响,研究永磁同步电动机转子磁路结构设计。The salient pole effect torque arising from the asymmetry in the structure of the rotor magnetic circuit, and the braking torque of the generator arising from the permanent magnetic body affect the performances during the starting procedure of the rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor(REPMSM), more seriously they would enable that the REPMSM cannot be pulled in synchronous running. Based on the theoretical analysis on the characteristics of the REPMSM during the starting procedure, according to the calculation values of parameters and performances and the measure curve of electric magnetic torque during the starting procedure of the REPMSM typical specification sample, this paper expounds the influences of d and q axis reactance on the starting procedure, and studies the design of the magnetic circuit structure of the rotor of REPMSM.
