摘　　要：采用促进剂DM 和二环己胺为原料,以氨气为缚酸剂,用甲醇做溶剂合成橡胶硫化促进剂DZ.并通过实验得到优化工艺条件:n(DM):n(二环己胺):n(氯代二环己胺)=1:1.2:1.2,反应温度为60～65 ℃和反应时间为5～10 min,在此工艺条件下循环套用后合成橡胶硫化促进剂DZ的总收率可接近100%.This paper studied the synthesis of rubber accelerator DZ by rubber accelerator DM,dicyclohexyl amine and ammonia in the solvent of methanol. The influence factors of original concentration of raw material,reaction temperature and reaction times were discussed. The satisfactory results showed that the total productivity could nearly reached 100% when accelerator DM,dicyclohexyl amine and dicyclohexyl chloroamine were mixed at the ratio of 1∶1.2∶1.2,reacted about 5～10 min at the temperature of 60～65 ℃.
