摘  要:阐述了用高压法制备致密钛酸铅陶瓷的原理;用纳米二氧化钛替代了普通的二氧化钛,降低了烧结温度;对PbTiO3陶瓷粉体的合成方法进行了筛选,采用了固相合成法的PbTiO3陶瓷粉体;并对高压下烧结PbTiO3陶瓷的工艺参数进行了全方位的考察,在5~5.5 GPa的高压条件下,使晶粒的连接强度得到提高;采用780 ℃的温度,烧结10~15 min,通过手动缓慢降温,得到单相、致密、无开裂的PbTiO3体陶瓷.通过X射线衍射分析和SEM的形貌分析,对所制得的PbTiO3体陶瓷进行了密度测试,只有晶体尺寸较小时,样品才能有较高的密度,并且内应力较小,可作为位移型铁电相变体.In this paper the principle of preparative densification lead titanate ceramic by high pressure is clarified. Common Titania is replaced by nanometer Titania therefore the sinter temperature is lowered;The synthetic method about PbTiO3 ceramic powder material is chosen,and solid phase synthesis is adopted;Also,technological parameter about sinter PbTiO3 creamic on high pressure has been overall reviewed. The connect strength of grain has been increased by 5~5.5 GPa pressure. With the sinter time of 10~15 min at 780 ℃ plus slowness cooling,the single phase,compact,crackness PbTiO3 ceramic is obtained. The density of the produced PbTiO3 ceramic is tested with X ray diffraction analysis and SEM morphology. According to the results,the higher density and the smaller inetior stress emerge on the sample with the smaller crystal that can be used as displacement ferroelectric phase variation.
