灯盏细辛与乙型病毒性肝炎患者肝纤维化指标关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究灯盏细辛对乙型病毒性肝炎患者血清肝纤维化指标(透明质酸、层粘蛋白、人Ⅲ型前胶原、Ⅳ型胶原)的影响。方法116例乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组70例和对照组46例。治疗组采用灯盏细辛治疗;对照组采用一般支持治疗。结果治疗组治疗后肝功能明显改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后血清白蛋白及γGT无明显改变(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后肝纤四项明显下降(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后改变不明显(P>0.05),肝纤四项两组治疗后相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛可明显改善肝脏功能,降低肝脏纤维化,对乙型病毒性肝炎治疗有效且安全。Objective To study the relationship between Dengzhan Xixin Injection(DXI) and indicators of hepatic fibrosis(HA,LN,HPC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C) in patients with viral hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with viral hepatitis B were randomly divided into twogroups:70 cases as therapy group treated by DXI and 46 cases as control group treated by route drugs.Results The hepatic function of therapy group was significantly improved after DXI therapy(P<0.05).In contrast,the levels of serum albumin and γGT of control group weren't any different between before and after therapy(P>0.05).The four indicators of hepatic fibrosis were significantly decreased in therapy group after DXI therapy(P<0.01),but those weren't in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion DXI can improve hepatic function and decrease hepatic fibrosis,so it is an effective and safe medicine in treating viral heptitis B.
