稳心颗粒对重症脑梗死患者心率变异性改变的影响

摘　　要：目的观察重症脑梗死(ACI)患者心率变异性(HRV)改变及稳心颗粒对ACI患者HRV改变的影响。方法分析68例ACI患者及年龄、性别与其相似的正常对照组42例,ACI患者随机分为稳心颗粒组(n=42)及对照组(n=26),测定2组患者用药前后3个月的24hHRV各项范围指标进行分析。结果①ACI组HRV各项范围指标较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.001)。②应用稳心颗粒(9g,3次/d)3个月后HRV各项范围指标较对照组明显恢复(P<0.05)。③应用稳心颗粒患者心律失常发生率及病死率较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论应用稳心颗粒可显著改善降低的HRV,减少心律失常的发生,降低病死率。Objective To observe the change of heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and effects of Wenxinkeli on HRV in ACI patients.Methods The HRV in 68 patients with ACI and 42 healthy subjects(normal control group)was analyzed.The patients with ACI were randomly divided into 2 groups Wenxinkeli group(n=42)and control group(n=26),24 hours HRV was examined before and 3 months after treatment.The time domain values of 24 hours in Wen Xin Ke Li group before and after treatment were analyzed.Results ①The time domain values of HRV after of ACI group were significantly lower than those of normal control group(P<0.001).②Using Wen xin ke li(9g×3/d)for 3 months.The time domain values of HRV were improved significantly as compared with those of control group(P<0.05).③The incidence of cardiac arythmias and death rate of wenxinkeli group is lower than control group.Conclusion Using Wenxinkeli can obviously improve the decreased HRV,reduce the incidence of cardiac arrhythias and death rate.
