两种扩宫方法用于人工流产术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结人工流产中2种方法对早孕妇女宫颈扩张的临床效果。方法对180例孕妇应用米索前列醇、利多卡因以及阴性对照进行临床疗效比较。3组临床特征基本相同,具有可比性。结果2种扩官方法均有明显的宫颈扩张效果和镇痛效果。结论2种扩官方法用于人工流产术具有扩张宫颈和镇痛效果,是安全、简便、有效的方法。Objective To make a conclusion of the clinical effects of two artificial abortion methods to the cervical dilation degree of early pregnant women.Methods 180 pregnant women administered with misopr-ostol, lidocaine or hegative control were clinically studied and compared. Results The two methods both have obvious effects of cervical dialtion and analgesia. Conclusion The two methods for artificial abortion both have cervical dilation and anagesic effects and are safe,simple and effective.
