摘　　要：目的探讨心电图u波异常对老年冠心病的临床意义。方法选择老年冠心病患者267例,男225例,女42例,常规作12导联心电图。结果在267例老年冠心病中共检出u波消失者107例,u波倒置者6例,共113例,u波异常检出率为42．3%。结论u波异常对老年冠心病的诊断意义是:u波倒置是冠心病的有力佐证;而u波消失是心肌缺血的有力佐证,且可作为一种常用的无创性的老年冠心病检查方法。Objective Discussion electrocardiogram u wave exceptionally to old age coronary disease clinical significance.Method Choice old age coronary disease patient 267 examples,The male 225 exam- plea,the female 42 examples,the convention makes 12 to lead the joint electrocardiogram.Result Finally Picks out the u wave vanish 107 examples in 267 example old age coronary disease Chinese Communist Party, The u wave inversion 6 examples,the altogether 113 examples,the u wave exceptionally picks out rate is 42. 3%.Conclusion The u wave exceptionally to the old age coronary disease diagnosis significance is:The u wave inversion is the coronary disease powerful evidence;But u wave vanishing is the cardiac muscle lacks the blood the powerful evidence,Also may take one kind commonly used nor creates old age coronary disease in- spects the method.
