膀胱内缝扎前列腺动脉减少术中、术后出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨耻骨上前列腺切除术中防止出血的有效方法。方法对45例前列腺增生症患者在耻骨上前列腺切除时作膀胱内动脉缝扎。结果术中出血量明显减少,缩短了手术和术后恢复的时间。结论在耻骨上前列腺切除术时,作膀胱内前列腺动脉缝扎具有安全、出血量少、疗效好、并发症少、手术简便易行、恢复快等优点,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effective methods to prevent hemorrhage during supra- pubic transvesical prostatectomy.Methods The prostate gland excises when the pubis makes in the urinary bladder to 45 example prostate gland proliferation sickness patient the artery seam to grip.Results The hem- orrhage amount was obviously reduced and the time spent for operation and convalescence was shortened.Con- clusions Intravesical suture of prostatic artery duing suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy is advantageous in that it is a safe and effective method with less bleeding or complications and is easy to perform and beneficial to recovery.
