摘　　要：目的建立血管性痴呆(VaD)的动物模型,并探讨中药对VaD的作用机制。方法建立老龄大鼠VD模型,进行正电子计算机断层扫描技术(positron emission tomography,PET)检测。结果川芎嗪对VaD大鼠脑内葡萄糖代谢有改善作用。结论川芎嗪对血管性痴呆有明显的改善作用,为临床应用提供有效依据。Objective To set up vascular dementia(VaD)animal model and to approach the machanism of action of VaD with the traditional Chinese medicine.Methods VaD model of old aged rats was set up and the PETdetection was carried out.Results Glucose of metabolism of the VaD rat brain improved by chuanxiongˉzine.Conclusion Chuanxiongzine has a virous effect on VaD.
