非那雄胺对前列腺支架术后尿潴留的预防作用

摘　　要：目的探讨非那雄胺对前列腺网状支架术后尿潴留的预防作用。方法对121例前列腺支架术后患者,48例服用非那雄胺为服药组,余73例为对照组,观察比较2组尿潴留发生率的差异。结果服药组尿潴留的发生率(14.5%)比对照组(21.9%)低。结论非那雄胺对前列腺网状支架术后尿潴留有预防作用。Objective To study the preventive effect of finasteride on urine retention after reticulum stent implantation in prostatic hypertrophy. Methods One hundred and twenty-one cases of prostatic hypertrophy were treated with reticulum stent implantation .All these cases were divided into the therapeutic group and the control group.Forty-eight cases were given finasteride,5 mg/day. seventy-three cases were not given. Results The incidence of urine retention of the therapeutic group(14.5%) was lower than the control group(21.9%).Conclusions Finasteride is effective in prevention of urine retention after reticulum stent implantation in prostatic hypertrophy.
