银杏注射液治疗儿童原发性肾病综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察银杏注射液对儿童原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的疗效。方法46例PNS患儿随机分成观察组26例,对照组20例,观察组在常规激素治疗的基础上加用银杏注射液治疗,对照组以常规激素治疗,其它治疗2组相同。分别测定2组治疗前后的血液流变学的变化、24h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血2-微球蛋白(2-MG)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、平均动脉血压(MAP)及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3等指标。结果观察组与对照组相比能使血黏度改善(P<0.05);24h尿蛋白、BUN、血2-MG、TC、MAP等明显降低(P<0.05);尿蛋白转阴时间明显缩短(P<0.05),IgA、IgG、C3水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论银杏注射液具有降低血液黏滞度,改善微循环,降低血压,减少尿白蛋白,缩短尿蛋白转阴时间,保护肾功能等作用,对儿童PNS有治疗作用。Objective To investigate the treatment effects of Gingo Injection on primary nephrotic syndrome in children.Methods Forty-six patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,in experimental group the patients received hormone therapy combined with Gingo Injection,in control group the patients received hormone therapy,there was no difference in the use of the other medications between two groups.Hemorrheology test,24-hour quantitative urine protein excretion test,serum chemistry profile(including serum albumin,serum 2-MG,values for serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum lipids,serum complement values),and mean arterial pressure were compared between two groups.Results The blood viscosity in experimental group was improved (P<0.05); 24-hour quantitative urine protein excretion test,values for urea nitrogen,serum lipids,serum complement values were lower in experimental group than in control group (P<0.05); the time for negative urinary protein shortened in experimental group (P<0.05); serum complement values increased in experimental group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gingo Injection is effective in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,it can lower blood viscosity,improve the microcirculation,lower blood pressure,reduce the time for negative urinary protein and protect the renal function.
