摘　　要：目的探讨轮状病毒(Rotavirus)感染与婴幼儿腹泻的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心法(ELISA)对我院门诊和儿科的腹泻婴幼儿进行轮状病毒抗原检测。结果腹泻婴幼儿中轮状病毒抗原检测的平均阳性率为64.4%。结论轮状病毒感染是导致婴幼儿腹泻的主要原因之一。Objective To explore the relationship between Rotavirus infection and infantile diarrhea.Methods The Rotavirus antigen was investigated by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbnent Assay(ELISA).Results The positive rate of the Rotavirus antigen was 64.4%.Conclusion Rotavirus infection is one of the pathongenies that cause infantile diarrhea.
