摘　　要：目的探讨不适当的治疗给系统性红斑狼疮病人带来的危害。方法分析1例阿莫西林诱发系统性红斑狼疮病例的发生、发展和危害,同时复习相关的文献。结果对系统性红斑狼疮疾病的特点了解不深,尤其是药物诱发因素知道甚少或不被重视是主要原因。结论医者不仅要了解疾病诊断和治疗,还要熟知其特点,才能防患于未然。Objective To discuss the harm to patients with systemic lupus erythematosus caused by improper treatment.Methods The occurence,development and hazard of a case with Amoxicillin-induced systemic lupus erythematosus were analyzed and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results The major factor of the case happening was that the characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus,especially drug-induced was to be known very little.Conclusion To prevent the case happening,we must not only understand the diagnosis and treatment of disease,but also be familiar with its characteristics.
