带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折并发症的防治

摘　　要：目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折的效果,减少术中及术后的并发症。方法通过329例患者的治疗和平均2年时间的随访。结果骨折愈合率达97.6%,2例髓内钉断裂,4例锁钉断裂,2例锁钉脱出。结论带锁髓内钉是治疗股骨骨折的较好方法,具有创伤轻、并发症少的优点。Objective To investigate the result and the treatment of complication with intramedullary locking nail treating on all kinds of fracture of femure.Methods 329 cases of fracture of femure were operated up on with intramedullary locking nail,and followed-up for average two years.Results After operation,the rate of healing was 97.6%,two cases were break off of intramedullary locking nail,four cases were break off of locking nail and two cases were secede of locking nail.Conclusion Operative treatment of fracture of femure with interlocking nail is an excellent procedure with minimal invasive treatment and little complication.
