摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查在电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的临床价值。方法收集并分析1377例应用超声检查的LC手术病例。结果手术过程顺利,轻易找到病变位置。结论超声检查为预测LC手术难度,临床选择术式提供了较全面的依据,且对降低并发症有重要的临床价值,成为LC手术不可缺少的影像诊断。Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasonic examination in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Using the ultrasonic examination to estimate the difficulties of the operation can reduce the difficulties and risks of the operation.Methods This paper collects and analyses 1 377 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy which were performed by ultrasonic examination.Results The procedures of most of the operation were successful.The position of the pathological changes can be easily found.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination can provide overall basis to estimate the difficulties of the operation and the operation method of clinical choice.Due to provide the clinical value in decreasing complications,the ultrasonic examination becomes an indispensable image diagnosis in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
