摘　　要：目的观察氨基葡萄糖联合推拿法治疗膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis)的疗效。方法对2004年7月至2006年12月收治的30例膝骨关节炎患者行口服氨基葡萄糖加推拿治疗,为期30d,并与对照组对照。对照组予布洛芬+维生素B治疗,共治疗30d。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论氨基葡萄糖配合手法是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法之一。Objective To explore the effectiveness of glucosamine sulphate and manipulation on knee Osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods 30 KOA patients were treated with glucosamine and manipulation in thirty days from July 2004 to December 2006. the control group patients were treated with ibuprofen and vitamin B in thirty days. Results After the treatment, 19 patients were cured and 7 patients felt better than before in the experiment group, the effective rate of experiment group was 87.6%. 13 patients were cured and 5 patients felt better than before in the control group, the effective rate of the control group was 60%(P<0.01). It was obvious that the experiment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Glucosamine combing with manipulation is an effective method on knee osteoarthritis.
