摘　　要：目的分析小儿癫痫脑CT表现及其临床护理措施。方法回顾性分析80例癫痫脑CT改变和护理措施。结果80例小儿癫痫中脑CT表现异常者68例,阳性率为85%。其中先天疾患20例,颅内感染性病变25例,脑肿瘤6例,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病22例,其他7例。护理措施包括常规护理及健康教育等。结论脑CT检查明确病因、药物治疗和精心护理,对提高癫痫患儿疗效和预后具有重要价值。Objective To analyze CT appearances in 80 cases of infantile epilepsy and clinical nursing.Methods CT appearances and clinical nursing in 80 cases epilepsy were retrospectively studied.Results Of 80 cases of infantile epilepsy,68 cases have been found CT abnormal(85%),including:20 cases of congenital abnormalities;25 cases of encephalitis;6 cases of intracranial tumour;22 cases of infant hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy;7 cases of others;nurse measurement included conventional care and healthy education.Conclusion CT has a value for the diagnosis of infantile epilepsy;the conventional therapy and careful nursing is of great value to improve the therapeutic result of epilepsy.
