摘　　要：目的探讨纤维胆道镜在肝内外胆管结石手术中应用的价值。方法对415例肝内外胆管结石患者进行胆道探查术中联合应用胆道镜检查或取石。结果415例肝胆管结石患者术中常规使用胆道镜检查,术后残石率由25.62%降低到8.19%。结论术中常规应用纤维胆道镜可降低胆道术后残石率。Objective To study the value of intraoperative choledochoscopic treatment for patients undergoing exploration of the bile duct.Methods Four hundred and eleven cases were received exploration of the bile duct and intraoperative choledochoscopic treatment. Results The postoperative retained stone rate decreased from 25.62% to 8.19%. Conclusion Conventional treatment with choledochoscope in the exploration of the bile duct is useful to decrease the postoperative retained stone rate.
