摘　　要：目的建立骨筋丸片中的龙胆苦苷含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为Dikma C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为甲醇·水(1:3);检测波长为254 nm:柱温:25℃。结果骨筋丸片中的龙胆苦苷的线性范围为5.80～58.0μg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.23% RSD值为0.4%。结论该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为骨筋丸片的质量控制方法。Objective Establishes with the opposition highly effective liquid chrometography (RP- HPLC) determination Gujinwan tablet of Gentiopicrin's content method. Methods Uses RP-HPLC to dectect, chromatograph volume was Dikma C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),mobilephase:methanol-water(1:3);dectect wavelength is 254 nm;the temperature of chromatopraph volume was 25℃.Results The Gentiopicrin linear scope 5.8～58.0 g/m(r=0.9999),the average recoveries were 98.23%,and the RSD were 0.4%.Conclu- sion These methods can be used for quality control of Gujinwan tablet.
