郁李仁有效期研究

摘　　要：目的进行中药(药材及传统饮片)有效期的研究。药品(包括中药材、中药饮片、中成药等11类)的有效期是指药品在规定的贮存条件下保持质量的期限。方法选用易走油的郁李仁,通过经典恒温和留样观察实验,采用硝酸银滴定法测定苦杏仁苷的含量。推导出该药有效成分含量变化规律。结果在经典恒温实验中,有效成分含量变化符合一级反应规律。郁李仁在20℃贮存,苦杏仁苷含量变化速度常数K20℃=1·409×10-5,该批郁李仁的有效期为1832d。经典恒温实验推导的结果与留样观察有效成分含量的变化结果基本一致。结论用经典恒温实验预测中药材有效期的方法可行,得出有效期结论可靠。Objective To study the validity of Chinese traditional medicinal materials.The validity of medicine is the time limit of keeping quality on the fixed storage conditions.Medicine includes Chinese patent medicine,drug and medicinal materials.Methods By the way of classics constant temperature experiment and sample reserved for observe.Using AgNO3 titration,to determine the content of amygdalin in Semen Pruni.Results In classics constant temperature experiment,the content change of amygdalin accords with the regular pattern of one level.Stored in 20℃,validity of Semen Pruni is 1 832 d and the constant of speed is K20℃=1.409×10-5.The content change of amygdalin by calculation is consistent with the results of sample reserved for observe.Conclusion Through the way of classics constant temperature experiment,to calculate the validity is feasible and the result is reliable.
