摘　　要：目的建立测定复方三黄洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法色谱柱kromasilC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05mol/L柠檬酸-0.5mol/L三乙胺(10:85:5),检测波长为265nm。结果盐酸小檗碱的线性范围为0.048～0.64μg/ml(r=0.9931),平均加样回收率为98.33%;日内、日间RSD为1.02%、2.11%。结论方法简便、准确,可用于复方三黄洗剂的质量控制。Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Three fellows Lotion co.Methods A kromasil C18 column was used,using acetonitrle-0.05 mol/L citratis acid-0.5 mol/L triethylamine(10:85:5),with detection at 265 nm.Results 0.048～0.64 μg/ml(r=0.993 1).The average recovery was 98.33%.The intra-day and inter-day RSD were 1.02%、2.11%.Conclusion The method was simple and accurate and can be used in quality control of Three yellows Lotion co.
