摘  要:目的评价一种新近由Fe2O3为原料研制成功的超顺磁性口服磁共振造影剂在腹部MRI诊断中的应用价值。方法通过不同场强的MR机,对80例受检者进行了平扫和服用本品500~1000ml的MRI检查,扫描序列包括T1WI、T2WI和脂肪抑制,观察该造影剂的对比效果、分布情况、对腹腔脏器轮廓的勾画及不良反应。结果该造影剂易于受检者接受、安全性好、性能稳定、胃肠道充盈良好,在各种扫描序列下胃肠道呈均低信号对比状态,腹部脏器的勾画较平扫明显提高,使用本品前后胃肠道显示率由平均约10%,提高到约89%。受检者均未出现不良反应。结论本品安全有效,有利于腹腔内实质脏器的勾画,可提高胃肠道和腹腔内病变诊断的准确性。Objective To evaluate Fe2O3 agent in the diagnosis of abdomen,a kind superparamagnetic oral MRI contrast agent by material of magnet developing successful newly.Methods Plain and 500 ml-1 000 ml Fe2O3 agent drinked MRI in 80 patients by using difference field strong machine,the sequence included T1WI,T2WI and fat suppressed sequence.The contrast effect distribution and influence on demonstration of contous of abdominal organs were syudied concerning this suspension.Results It showed that this oral contrast agent had a good security ,had wide consideration area ,had low cost , had good contrast effect and had high value of clinical application.Scanning with a variety of sequencese could gastrointestinal tracts appear hypointensity on MR images and such make them easy to be indentified,the margins of abdominal organs easier to locate after contrast,distinction have statistics denotation.Showing of gastrointestinal tracts was raised from 10% to 89% after using Fe2O3 agent.There were no side-effect which in all patients.Conclusion Fe2O3 agent is safe and effective,the abdominal organs easier to locate.It can impove the accuracy in gastrointestinal tracts and abdominal organs lesions.
