摘　　要：目的探讨重建钢板手术治疗不稳定骨盆骨折及髋臼骨折的效果。方法对20例患者行手术治疗,其中2例行扩展的髂骨股骨,即延长S-P入路,经髂腹股沟入路10例,髂腹股沟入路联合(Koc-her-Langenbeck)入路8例。并对手术效果进行评估。结果20例患者平均随访16个月,影像学显示无断钉及松动现象,疗效优良。结论不稳定骨盆骨折及髋臼骨折应尽早手术治疗。正确选择手术入路,应用重建钢板可有效复位固定骨折,矫正畸形,重建骨盆髋臼稳定性,恢复关节面的完整和正常头臼关系。Objective To Study the results of operative treatment of unstable pelvic fractures and acetabular fracture by pelvic reconstructive plates.Methods 20 patients underwent surgery,a routine extension of the 2 iliac femur,namely to extend S-P approach,the ilionguinal approach 10 cases,ilionguinal combined approach in 8 cases.And surgery results to be evaluated.Results 20 patients with an average follow-up of 16 months,imaging revealed no broken nails and loose phenomenon,the curative effect is fine.Conclusion Unstable pelvic fracture and acetabular fractures should have surgery earlier.The correct choice of surgical approach is important; applications of reconstructive plate can reduce and fix the fracture,correct deformities,reconstruct acetabular reconstruction pelvic stability and restore the integrity of the articular surface and the first normal acetabular relations.
