曲美他嗪、阿托伐他汀联合治疗不稳定性心绞痛42例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床疗效。方法将72例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组在常规处理的基础上,选用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/ d,同时合用阿托伐他汀10 mg,每晚睡前服用1次,连续口服。疗程(6周)结束后观察疗效以及治疗前后血脂、C反应蛋白、WBC的变化,并与对照组比较。结果治疗组总有效率95.24%,与对照组相比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);经治疗组治疗前后血脂、C反应蛋白与WBC对照,治疗组血清胆固醇、C反应蛋白、WBC显著下降(P<0.01);治疗组治疗前后及两组间心绞痛发作次数与持续时间有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论治疗不稳定性心绞痛时可选用曲美他嗪与阿托伐他汀联合,疗效安全可靠。Objective To observe the curative effect of Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin curing 42 pa- tients with unstable angina (UA).Methods 72 patients with UA were randomly divided into two groups,con- trol group (30 patients with UA) and curing group (42 patients with UA).The patients of control group were cured with only regular treatment but the patients of curing group were cured with Trimetazidine 20 mg,tid and Atorvastatin 10 mg,qn in the basis of regular treatment,the period of treatment was 6 weeks.The levels of serum blood-lipid,CRP and the number of WBC were tasted and compared 6 weeks later.Results The effective rate of curing group was 95.24 percent and there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).The lev- els of serum blood-lipid,CRP and the number of WBC in patients after Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin treatment were significantly lower than those in the patients before Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin treatment (P<0.01). The attack times of angina peetoris and the periods of status anginosus were greatly improved in contrast with af- ter and before Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin in treatment (P<0.01).Conclusion Trimetazidine and Atorvas- tatin can be used in curing patients with UA and they are effective and safe.
