摘  要:采用浸入式连续微滤(CFM-S)工艺对滦河原水进行了中试研究。试验结果表明:混凝可使微滤膜出水CODMn的去除率提高14%;高温高藻期进行预氯化,投加2mg/L有效氯后,COD_(Mn)的去除率从44.6%提高到53%,UV254的去除率从23.1%提高到29%,藻类全部去除;反洗废水每四个运行周期排放一次时系统仍能稳定运行,回收率可达97.7%;化学清洗先用1%NaOH和3500mg/LNaClO碱洗7h,再用2%盐酸酸洗3h,清洗效果较好;在线化学清洗(EFM)操作是一种缓解膜污染的有效方法,可及时恢复膜的过滤性能。A pilot-scale study was conducted with CMF-S for the treatment of Luan River water.The experimental results show that coagulation increases the total removal rate of COD_(Mn)by 14%.Prechlorination is carried out during the period with high temperature and algae concentration,and the addition of 2 mg/L effective chlorine results in an increase of CODMn removal from 44.6% to 53%,UV254 from 23.1% to 29%,and removal of all algae.The pilot device can still function well even though reverse-flush water is discharged every four operation cycles and the recycle rate can reach to 97.7%.In the process of chemical purge,1% NaOH and 3 500 mg/L NaClO are applied to rinse for 7 h,then 2% HCl for 3 h,this was proved an effective cleaning method.EFM is an effective means to prevent membrane from fouling,and it enables to restore the membrane's permeability timely.
