摘  要:针对黑龙江某煤矿矿井废水含悬浮物、铁锰及放射性物质问题,采用常规—超滤与ClO2氧化和高岭土吸附相结合的组合工艺,经过实际工程调试确定了最佳工艺运行参数,系统出水浊度≤0.2NTU,铁锰去除率为100%,总α、β放射性去除率均超过80%,达到《国家生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749—2006)的要求。该处理工艺经济可行,解决了矿区工业生产和职工洗浴用水难题,为矿区采矿废水的开发利用提供了设计和运行借鉴。Trial running was completed by conventional and ultrafiltration process combined with ClO2 oxidation and kaoline adsorption for the treatment of mine well effluent which contains Fe,Mn,suspended and radioactive substances.Optimal operational parameters are determined,treated water turbidity is less than 0.2 NTU,removal rate of Fe,Mn and total α、β radioactivity is about 100% and 80% respectively.All the items were in accordance with National Quality Standard for Drinking Water Sanitary(GB5749-2006).The process is proved to be feasible and economical,and the treated water can be recycled in production process and can also be used for bathing.It provides valuable designing and operational experience for development of use of mine well effluent.
