摘 要:采用不同的筛选分离技术,从微污染水源水中分离出8株优势菌种,经过反复驯化培养,形成具有高效生物降解能力的高活性菌群。利用高活性菌群,采用人工循环固定方式形成固定化生物活性炭工艺,对其进行长期运行效能的试验研究。结果表明,固定化生物活性炭工艺能够有效去除微污染水源水中的各类有机物,处理效能显著高于常规工艺和臭氧化工艺。原水经固定化生物活性炭工艺处理后,出水浊度稳定在0.2NTU以下,对CODMn、UV254和TOC的平均去除率分别为43.5%,57.4%和40.2%。High-active!bacteria were bred from 8 dominant bacteria obtained from raw water by several selecting techniques and continual domestication, and immobilized activated carbon was formed by circular immobilized high-active bacteria. Long term research for the performance of immobilized activated carbon was conducted. The results showed that the immobilized activated carbon treatment had better removal efficiency for organics compared with conventional process and ozonation treatment. The analysis data show that during the test period, the turbidity maintained below 0.2 NTU and the average removal rates for CODMn, UV254 and TOC are 43.5%, 57.4% and 40.2%respectively.
