意制笼型高压异步电动机转子断条故障的技术处理  

The Technique Reformation on the Rotating Parts Cage Bars’ Spliting Problem in the Rat-cage High-voltage Not-synchronous Motors made in ITALY

摘　　要：意大利ITALIANO制造厂生产的鼠笼型高压异步电动机,笼条两端各伸出铁心形成“排热风扇”,自引进后故障频出,笼条端部出现开裂断条和“缺口”,且正常运行噪声大,其主要原因有六个方面:热膨胀应力、集肤效应、离心力的作用、电动作用力、径向磁拉力、风的阻力,在这些力作用下产生振动噪声就不可避免。另空气质点压力脉动也会引发旋转噪声。技术改造措施有两点:1.对两边端环进行金加工,使笼条端部插入端环一定的深度,然后进行深度铜焊;2.铁心端部和端环之间笼条采用浸沾环氧树脂的无纬粘带进行打箍。A kind of the rat-cage high-voltage not-synchronous motors produced by Italian manufactory of ITALIANO, a both ends of cage stretching out the iron heart format ' sending out the hot fan'. It ofen caused breakdowns after imported .The spliting and gaps apper on the both ends of cage, and the voice is bigger when it normally circulates. Its main reasons contain six aspects:Hot inflation force,the gathering the skin effect, the force leaving from the heart, the dynamoelectric dint,the magnet pulling force along the diameter and the wind resistance. Under these dints function the vibration and voice can't be avoided, and the pressure pulsation of the air quality spots can also cause the rotating voice. The technique reformation measures contain 2: 1, Metally processing the both shortcut copper rings and make the both ends of cage insert in copper rings on the certain depth ,and then carrying on the depth copper welding; 2. the cage barriers between the ends of the iron heart and the both shortcut copper rings are beated the hoop with the no latitude glue traps dipped into the wreath oxygen resin.
