摘　　要：本文就信号完整性含义、要求、建模、与电磁兼容性的关系以及设计保障等问题展开讨论。提出了信号完整性的系统模型,分析了数字信号频谱分散效应,提出了信号完整性设计方法,论述了信号完整性与电磁兼容性的关系并且阐述了保障信号完整性的电磁兼容设计方法。In this paper, the signal integrity content, requirements, modeling, EMC concern, and design concepts are discussed. Then, the system signal integrity model is proposed, the spectrum scattering effects are presented, the design methods for signal integrity are analyzed, the EMC concerns for signal integrity are given and the EMC design methods for signal integrity are described.
