摘　　要：SF6高压电器故障中,SF6泄漏、SF6中微水超标造成的故障要占70%～80%。而且SF6气体又属温室效应气体,因此SF6泄漏、SF6中微水含量在线监测愈来愈受到重视。文章详细介绍了密度、微水及泄漏的在线检测方法。In operation of GIS high voltage electrical apparatus equipment, leakage and micro-water content would cause equipment operation faults. SF6 gas is warm room effect gas. In this paper, on-line test method for SE6 gas density, humidity and leakage was introduced. These test method can effectively protect equipment in safe operation and reduce warm room effect SF6 gas.
