摘　　要：间歇式聚丙烯生产中,灰分主要来自生产聚丙烯时所含催化剂和活化剂,另外还有混入的少量机械杂质等各种因素的影响,难以控制达到纤维级聚丙烯树脂的要求,对这些因素进行实验,采用优化控制方法,使灰分达到纤维级聚丙烯树脂的要求。In the process of polypropylene intermittent manufacture,the ash mainly results from catalyst,activator and mechanical impurity as well as other factors.It is hard to control and to meet the demands of polypropylene resin.Through experiment with these factors,find the optimization methods for control and apply for it.At last,to make the ash meets the demands of fibregrade polypropylene.
