摘　　要：少年儿童图书馆事业的发展需要有“提升、攀登、超越”的新理念、思路和模式,使其运作机制符合社会和未成年人的发展需求,从馆藏资源建设到服务实现少年儿童图书馆的“六化”要求,即:人本化,社会化,现代化,特色化,童趣化,互动化。The development of Youth libraries needs new concept,ideas and patterns,and the operational mechanism and systems of youth libraries should be in accord with the social development and the spiritual requirements of adolescent.The paper thinks from the construction of collection resources to the library service the youth libraries need to embody its characteristic and requirement:human-orientation,socialization,modernization,characterization,children's interest-orientation and interaction.
