欧美国家图书馆网络信息保存的收集策略研究及启示

摘　　要：20世纪90年代中后期,一些西方国家图书馆开展了各种的网络信息资源保存项目。在信息收集策略上,澳大利亚、瑞典、法国、美国和荷兰五国的项目很具代表性,分别采取选择性收集、全面收集、联合收集、专题收集和与出版者协商合作收集等策略。五种收集策略各具特色,对我国国家图书馆的网络信息资源保存项目的信息收集都有一定的启发意义。After 1995,some occidental national libraries developed their own web archiving programs.The collection strategies of the programs of Australia,Sweden,France,America and Netherlands are representative.These national libraries take the strategies of selective archiving, whole domain harvesting,combinative approach,thematic approach and archiving based on collabo- rative agreements with selected commercial publishers,respectively.Each strategy has its own char- acteristic and enlightens for our national web archiving project.
