摘　　要：在讨论图书馆精神与图书馆权利内涵的基础上,揭示图书馆精神与图书馆权利具有的内在一致性,图书馆精神是图书馆对自身社会责任的社会承诺,图书馆权利是图书馆实现社会承诺的必要社会诉求,二者必须有机地统一起来。图书馆权利的诉求应以图书馆精神为基本出发点,实现国家或社会获取各种所需资源的权利、完整搜集表征人类智慧的知识成果的权利、平等提供信息(知识)服务的权利。The concept of library spirit and library fight are discussed in detail.In the author's opinions,the library spirit and library fight have the same connotation.The library spirit is the li- brary commitments to the society and the library fight is a requisite to accomplish the commitments. Based on the library spirit,the library should have the fight to attain all kinds of necessary resources from society,to completely collect humankind intellectual products,and to fairly provide informa- tion/knowledge services.
