摘　　要：目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的原因,掌握处理浅前房的时机。方法对147例179眼青光眼患者,就青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的发生的程度及眼数给予相应的治疗。结果在179眼发生浅前房47眼,占26.3%。结膜渗漏、引流过畅、脉络膜脱离、睫状环阻塞性青光眼是小梁切除术后浅前房的主要原因。手术结束时前房重建、术后及时治疗浅前房是关键。结论术后浅前房是一种常见的并发症,如不及时治疗,会导致严重的后果,尽早明确病因及时合理治疗,对改善预后意义重大。Objective To explore the cause of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy and determine when and how to deal with shallow anterior chamber. Methods 179 eyes of 147 cases who had suffered from glaucoma of underwent trabeculectomy. The number of eyes and the extent of shallow anterior chamber were observed and treated correspondently. Results There were 47eyes with shallow anterior chamber among 179 eyes,and the percentage is 26.3%. Over fluent drainage,aqueous humor leaking,choroidal detachment and malignant glaucoma are the main causes of shallow anterior chamber after trabculectomy.Careful operation good,good reconstruction and timely management are crucial to decrease the complications. Conclusions shallow anterior chamber can not be fully preventable,but its happening can be minimized.Find that causes and deal with them before it happens.
