摘　　要：运用历史唯物主义观点分析了战后世界社会主义运动的大发展对即将执掌全国政权的中国共产党建设产生的重要影响:促使中国共产党由一个革命党成为一个执政党;促使中国共产党实现了执政方略的重大转变;促使中国共产党建立了高度集中的计划经济体制。From the viewpoint of historical materialism this paper analyzes the influence of the great development of the world socialist activities after World War II on the construction of China's communist party who will assume the political power in the near future.That is,the development promoted Chinese Communist Party to become a ruling power from a revolutionary party,to realize the significant change of the ruling strategy,and to establish highly concentrated plan economy system.
