摘　　要：利用经济学中关于政府干预经济活动的基本原理,提出在利用技术标准化提高本国的消费者福利、促进产业发展以及提高本国企业的国际竞争力等方面,政府应该而且能够发挥积极的作用。This paper adopts the basic theory on governmental intervention of economical activities in the economics,and puts forward that the governments should and must play an active role in employing technological standardization to increase the welfare interests of its domestic consumers,and to promote industrial development,and improve the international competition power of its domestic enterprises.
