摘　　要：从党的执政理念、执政方略、执政基础和执政环境等方面,重新审视苏东剧变的教训及其对中国执政党建设的影响,其中的消极影响是表面的和暂时的,而积极影响是间接、深层和长远的。它表明党的执政能力有了很大的提高。This paper analyzes the lesson of the sudden change in Russia and East Europe and its influence on the construction of the ruling Party from the aspects of the Party's ruling theory,policies,foundation and environment.We realize that its negative influence is superficial and temporary while its positive influence is indirect,but very deep and long.From this,we can see the great improvement in the party's ruling ability.
