摘　　要：论述20世纪50年代苏共二十大及波匈事件对中国共产党执政能力建设的影响,一方面使中国共产党的执政能力得到了锻炼和提高;另一方面也产生了一些消极的影响,使中国共产党在社会主义建设道路的探索上发生了失误。This paper discusses the influence of the 20th People's Congress of Soviet Communist Party and the Poland-Hungary Incident in the 1950's on the governing power construction of the Communist Party of China.On the one hand,the congress and the incident strengthened and improved the governing power of the Communist Party of China.On the other hand,it brought about some negative effects and as a result caused the Communist Party of China to make some mistakes on the way of probing the socialist construction.
