摘　　要：学科专业调整与改革是高等院校主动适应经济社会发展对人才培养新要求和高等教育自身发展的重要举措。本文根据吉林省5所工科院校管理学科本科专业设置的现状,分析其改革的原因,提出了调整与改革的思路。Regulation and reform of subject major is an im-portant measure for colleges to fit the requirement of eco-nomic and social development on talents cultivation,and todevelopment themselves.According to the present situationof management major setting in five engineering colleges inJilin Province,this article analyzes the reasons for reformand regulation and further points out the thoughts on howto regulate and reform.
