摘　　要：能本管理是随着时代和形势的发展而提出的一种新的人力资源管理理念。它强调对员工能力的挖掘和潜能的调动。本文试从能本管理的内涵、能本管理在酒店的作用及酒店如何实践能本管理等问题进行了探讨。The ability oriented management is a new concept of human resource management, appearing with new era and the development of situations. It emphasizes on tapping the talent power of the employees and bringing it into play. The essay has discussed the connotation and function of ability oriented management, and how to carry it out in hotels.
