摘　　要：对于图书馆人来说,总结、回顾图书馆的历程,是为新世纪图书馆事业发展找准新的立足点的基础。展望未来,开拓创新,无论对于整个社会,还是图书馆事业,都具有极其重要的意义。For librarians to sum up and review the process of library undertakings aims at finding a new basic standpoint for the new century's library development. To prospect and innovate the library's future is important not only to the whole society, but to the library undertakings. Let's see the development of library undertakings through our library's vicissitude.
