统筹城乡经济社会协调发展的探讨

摘　　要：统筹城乡经济社会协调发展,是从根本上解决“三农”问题的一个重大战略。要通过体制、机制和政策创新,建立城乡一体的经济社会秩序,促进城市与农村、工业与农业的协调发展。The coordinate social development of overall urban and rural economy is an important strategy to solve the problems of 'countryside,agriculture,peasant'.We should establish overall rural and urban social economic order,and promote the coordinate development of city and countryside,industry and agriculture through systems,mechanisms and policies.
