摘　　要：循环经济模式是我国新型工业化道路的高级形式,走循环经济的道路是我国必然的选择。目前,循环经济在我国推行主要存在着原材料价格和循环过程成本障碍,因此,必须加强立法,保障循环经济快速的发展。The mode of circulating economy is the highest form of our new-type industrialization,which is the inevitable choice for our country.At present,the obstacles in implementing it lie in the price of raw materials and the cost in circulating process.We should strengthen the legislation of it to guarantee the rapid development of it.
