摘　　要：本文简述了地板采暖技术的发展及应用状态,分析了其技术特点。通过对住宅建筑中应用地板采暖与传统散热器采暖的经济比较,指出地板采暖技术不但节能高效、舒适卫生,而且应用于住宅在综合经济因素上也是合理的。This paper discusses the development, application and feature s of floor radiation heating technique. Through the comparison of this technique with traditional radiator,the paper points out that this technique is efficiently energy-saving,clean,comfortable and economical comprehensively. An expectant transform is coming in the field of civil building heating technology with the enhance of th e heating pipe level and the reducing of it's price.
