摘　　要：本期规划沙龙围绕两个议题展开讨论:第一,上海在城市规划管理中怎么贯彻城市设计的思想和落实城市设计的环节?第二,按照城市历史风貌和历史建筑保护是上海城市规划管理工作的重中之重的要求,怎样进一步推进和落实好该项工作?参与讨论者来自三个方面,第一个方面是学术界的专家学者;第二方面是在政府部门从事规划管理工作的专家;第三方面是来自城市建设第一线的开发商。市规划局副局长、同济大学博士生导师伍江先生主持了本次沙龙,与会者分别从各自的角度,对上海的城市设计和历史风貌保护工作畅抒己见,出谋划策。Editor's note: This edition of planning salon is designed to discuss two topics: 1. how to keep the spirit of city design consistent and implement design measures during the administration of Shanghai city planning; 2. the impor- tance of preserving the city's historical features and relics. Participants in- cluded academics, government officials who are versed in administration, and developers engaged in city planning. Chaired by Mr. Wu Jiang, Deputy Director of Shanghai City Planning Office and a tutor to doctorate candi- dates at Tongji University, the salon presented candid views and recom- mendations of urban design and historical heritage preservation in Shanghai.
