摘　　要：坚持以人为本,构建社会主义和谐社会是我们当前以及今后一段时间内工作的重点。就河北省实际情况而言,构建和谐河北必须树立可持续发展理念,注重人与人之间的和谐、人与自然之间的和谐、人与社会的和谐、经济发展与社会进步的和谐、当代发展与未来发展的和谐。The key emphasis in our current and future work is to construct harmonious society with the ' human first' concept. As far as Hebei Province is concerned, in constructing a harmonious province, we shall adhere to the concept of sustainable development while paying attention to the harmony among people, between human and nature, between human and society, between economic development and social progress, and between present and future development.
