摘　　要：19世纪俄罗斯文学中出现了一种“精神忏悔”现象,人总觉得自己是“有罪的”,因为恐惧而有心理痼疾,故此常显得卑微。这种现象在知识分子群体中表现尤为突出,《罪与罚》是代表作品。究其原因有两个方面:一是俄罗斯民族独特的宗教情怀;二是资本主义民主思想的传播。In the 19th century in Russian literature there appeared 'spiritual regret': everyone feels himself to be sinned and humble for the fear has caused psychological problem. This phenomenon is particularly noticeable in intellectual groups with Crime and Punishment as the typical example. There are two reasons for this phenomenon: one is the unique religious complex among Russian nationals and the other is the spreading of capitalism democratic ideas.
