摘　　要：引入了装备保障链的概念,利用灰信息理论对装备保障链中由于非对称信息而导致牛鞭效应的产生及对装备保障的影响进行了分析,最后提出缓解或者消除装备保障链中非对称信息和牛鞭效应的方法.This paper introduces the definition of Equipment Support Chain(ESC), Analyzes the causation and influence of unsymmetrical information and Bullwipe on equipment support using gray information theory. Finally, the methods of eliminating the effect of unsymmetrical information and Bullwipe on equipment support chain is put forward in this paper.
